Install PixelFX Retro GEM HDMI kit in a Dreamcast console.  This will give you 1080p HDMI output from your Sega Dreamcast console.

A comprehensive install includes the following:

• Install the PixelFX Retro GEM HDMI kit
• Upgrade the kit to the latest firmware
• Replace the rechargeable battery with the battery holder and new battery 
• verify operations
• If you want to replace the existing fan with a 3D mount + Noctua fan, install a modern ODE (MODE or GDEMU), replace the shell or any other similar forward mod, I will do so at no extra charge if parts are provided at the same time

NOTE(S):

• A working Dreamcast must be provided
• The PixelFX Retro GEM kit must be provided by the customer (We can install either edition)
• Any other specific mods must be provided by the customer at the same time
